Migration to Drupal 7

The Box of Rats website is migrating from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7. A couple of changes will be done during this move:

  • new theme
  • new site structure
  • Bitmap Font Machine will be a subsection of this site

Due to the vast improvements that Drupal 7 brings, I was impatiently waiting for the release, so I did not invest a lot of time into the Drupal 6 based site. I am not a big PHP fan, but I can appreciate the value that is inherent in both Wordpress and Drupal. While both are powerful, they do have different strengths and so the main blog will stay on Wordpress while the business site will continue using Drupal.
